Nursing Job Description Description:
This position is responsible for the 24 hour management of the Labor and Delivery unit,assuring patient care meets the standard of care.

The minimum requirement for this position are as follows:

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN required.

Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience and a minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience preferred.

Current RN license in the State of Nevada
Current ACLS Certification
Current NRP Certification
Current BCLS Certification.

A qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

** This position is responsible for the oversight of 35-40 FTE's**

On average Hospital has over 300 births a month.
